3. Data storage

No customer data lake lives behind Perspicium. We retain only what’s necessary for account access, billing, or troubleshooting.

Anonymous operational logs (for uptime and security) may temporarily include IP addresses.

4. External services

We rely on trusted infrastructure providers (e.g., Cloudflare, AWS, Stripe). They process limited technical data solely to deliver the service — never for profiling or advertising.

5. Your rights

6. Updates

Policies evolve with the product. The effective date at the top always reflects the latest revision.
